Situated on a small gap site at the corner Dumbarton Road & Yetholm Street, Yoker, the brief called for the creation of tenement flats along with the association's new offices. The final design involves two 4 storey blocks of flats, each addressing their own respective street, with the office building vertically arranged over 4 storeys in the remaining space. The exciting solution provides all the office accommodation required by the client, whilst creating a strong and dynamic focal point to this corner of Yoker.
