Grant Murray were initially commissioned by M.A.Y.D.S. to look at various options appraisals for the youth group with a view to expanding the scope of facilities and activities they can provide. This has included looking at developing various buildings and sites within the local Lochgilhead area.

The team have worked closely with a business plan consultant throughout the process to offer project management support to M.A.Y.D.S. and other third sector organisations to help with their development of the project. Latterly the study has explored redeveloping their existing base at Manse Brae / Union Street in Lochgilphead following the acquisition and amalgamation of adjoining land. This will primarily result in the construction of a new multipurpose hall with associated changing facilities alongside a covered skate park area.
