The feasibility study explored the redevelopment of vacant ground at Barhill Road, Erskine to potentially site a new care home and extra care facility. The study initially analysed the site attributes including topography, orientation, and existing service routes in the vicinity. Parallel to the site analysis a high level exploration of the needs and demands of the potential care home was carried out including the layout of individual dwellings and the communal facilities offered.
