141 West Regent Street

Serviced apartment development

Developing initial proposals produced by ARK Architecture + Design the development will see an existing delipidated 2 storey plus basement corner block replaced with a 7 storey plus basement serviced apartment development. Proposals will include commercial / restaurant opportunities on the ground floor and a resident's roof garden promising stunning panoramic views of Glasgow city centre.

Significant design challenges were required to be negotiated most notably the proximity of the Queen St railway tunnel and the constraints of the site. It is hoped once completed the development will reinvigorate the prominent corner of the city centre.
